The game is not loading - its shows a white
screen and isnt doing anything!
There can be two possible causes for this: 1) a
problem on your end; 2) a problem on our end! To play the
games on Funzap you must have the lastest version of Macromedia
Flash and Shockwave installed on your PC. You can download
them by clicking the buttons below! Once they are installed,
reboot and try the games again. If they still don't work,
it might be a problem we have caused. In this case contact
us and we will do our best to sort out the problem!

I'm
stuck at a certain point in a game and just can't beat it,
can you help me?
Unfortunatly we cannot offer help or advice for specific
games. If we did, we would be inundated with hundreds of
emails daily saying "How do you do this?!" or
"How do you beat so and so??", and it would take
hours to help everyone out. We can, however, recommend you
search on Google for some help as there are many sites which
may help you.
This
game is loading so slowly!
What connection speed do you have? All of the games run
off a lightening speed 100Mb/s Dual Xenon server (if that
means nothing to you, just read: FAST COMPUTER!), so they
should load in a flash. If you feel they are loading slower
than normal, try rebooting as that may solve the problem.
